Looking for the best shipping option from Delhi to Mumbai

Hi Everyone.

I need to ship my power amplifier (28kg) and tube pre-amplifier (15 kg) from Delhi to Mumbai. And no need to mention that, I need it to be safe and sound. And to accomplish that I am looking for best shipping option. Any input from your end will be highly appreciated. Thanks to everyone.

Just a little late, checked with a friend who was to go to Mumbai today or yesterday. He is there already now. :/
Could have helped easily sending the boxes with him.

Bluedart will be expensive, wanna try Gati? Lot of dealers use them. But you would need to pack the units well.

Gati is highly avoidable in the western region.
Where in mumbai do you want them shipped?

I had a pair of Monitor Audio Floorstanders transported from Chennai to Mumbai. Weight was approx 35 kgs. Had the job done by Aggarwal Packers and movers. Pretty decent service. 5 days by road. They come with their own packing material and offer you insurance @ 3% of the declared value. There is an Octroi applicable of approx. 5% of declared value for goods entering Mumbai. I have also used Blue Dart Courier service by air to bring in a 20 kg Arcam amp from Delhi. Excellent service but very expensive. In your case check your volume is not more than your wt. or you will be in for a rude shock when you have to pay the charges.

BTW your speaker cables are working just fine.
